Job Title: Senior Associate Family Law Attorney

Location: Orange County, CA

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: $160,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonuses

We are seeking Senior Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic litigation division, with a preference for Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and high-asset disputes
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals
  • Provide high-quality legal counsel with meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, including assigned discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs
  • Maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism and teamwork

Qualifications:

  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing
  • Significant family law litigation experience required; CFLS certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
