Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address any issues or changes in project scope.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, especially in multifamily and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, particularly wood frame construction.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction.
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
