Senior Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage land development projects from conception to completion. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Florida who excels in design oversight, project coordination, and client engagement. Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and client agreements.
Lead and oversee the design and technical execution of projects including engineering design, calculations, reports, permitting, and presentations.
Write responses to RFQs and solicitations from public and private clients.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
Coordinate and monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Guide and support the technical and professional growth of the project team(s).
Participate in the development and improvement of company-wide design and production standards.
Actively engage with professional associations and civic organizations to represent the company in the community.
Prepare creation reports and bond applications for Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs).
Attend monthly MUD board meetings and contribute to discussions related to development and infrastructure.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida.
8+ years of experience managing civil engineering projects, preferably in land development.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong background in client relations and stakeholder engagement, including with MUDs and public agencies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technical professionals.
Active participation in professional and civic organizations.
