We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead Lab/Healthcare architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, project management, and team leadership, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and safety standards.
Develop detailed construction documentation and specifications.
Oversee BIM project setup and CAD management for all projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and integrate specialized equipment in designs.
Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience in lab-specific architectural design.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in client communication and technical leadership.
