Project Manager

Location: Appleton, WI and surrounding area

Pay: 125k-135k, flexible depending on candidate / experience with large projects

We are a well-established GC in the area that is handles design on top of self-performing ground up construction mostly on K-12 and commercial projects. Looking to add a PM or Sr PM to support bids we have won that will be starting soon in the valley between both Appleton and Green Bay.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects in the K-12 education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate these to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss progress and address any issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation and reporting, keeping accurate records of all project activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, specifically within commercial or K-12 construction.
Familiarity with K-12 education construction projects is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
