Position Overview
For use in food and beverage, aerospace, biopharmaceutical, microelectronic and semiconductor, and other high-purity, sanitary, and mechanical piping applications, we fabricate and install process piping systems and components. Modern piping fabrication is supported by our Manassas, Virginia facility. In addition to installation work in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the surrounding areas, we are a specialty piping contractor that contributes exceptional technical skills to intricate construction projects for manufacturing clients around the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of process piping projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these benchmarks.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Oversee the estimation process for process piping projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on process piping.
• Proven experience as a process piping estimator, particularly in the semiconductor sector.
• Strong understanding of process piping systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
