Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide our construction projects, particularly in infrastructure, heavy civil, and bridge construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing the project team and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project risks and implement strategies to minimize potential impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure and heavy civil projects, particularly bridge construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
