Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in project management, particularly in design-build environments and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
Oversee the estimating process and ensure accurate project cost projections.
Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as necessary.
Utilize estimating software to support project planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of design-build processes and commercial construction practices.
Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
