We are a Family Owned, top Commercial Construction company that has been around for over 50+ years. We have established ourselves with our strong clients relationships & stellar leadership team. We are in need of an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare budgets, project plans, & project schedule
- Maintain budget & report status throughout project
- Confirm all permits are in place
- Track & update project orders

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience

- Ability to manage projects $10M+
- Solid computer skills
- Experience with procore or other construction software
- Strong leaderships skills
