We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator for our civil projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, while also providing accurate cost estimates to ensure the financial success of projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of civil construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil site development projects from inception to completion.
Prepare detailed cost estimates using estimating software for various project components including earthwork, concrete, and other civil construction elements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project schedules and manage timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
Monitor project budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
Prepare and present project proposals and reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating in the civil construction sector.
Proficient in using estimating software and tools for cost analysis and project management.
Strong understanding of civil construction processes including earthwork and concrete estimating.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
