Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil projects, particularly in wastewater and water treatment. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while providing accurate estimates for construction costs. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet organizational standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects including wastewater treatment and water treatment facilities.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project scope and requirements.
Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating for heavy civil projects.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment, water treatment, earthwork, and underground utilities.
Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
