What You Will Be Doing

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction and Project Management activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Manage relationships and negotiations with clients and partners while mentoring and supporting project management staff.

Qualifications

10+ Years Construction Project Manager Experience - Required
5+ Years Data Center Construction Experience - Required
Experience Working Projects $50M+ - Required
MEP, CSA, Structural/Concrete Experience - Preferred
