Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our team, specializing in Plaintiff Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various personal injury matters, ensuring their rights are protected and maximizing compensation for their injuries.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including but not limited to car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Manage all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation through trial, including depositions and mediations.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to facilitate the litigation process.
Develop and implement trial strategies, including jury and bench trials, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring their interests are prioritized and protected.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Illinois Bar Certified
3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of tort law, liability issues, and personal injury statutes.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Strong negotiation and trial advocacy skills.
