Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Austin, TX and San Antonio TX
Salary: $120k-$180k + Bonus

Based in Texas for the past 40+ years, we are a top notch litigation firm that has taken lead on large cases throughout our state and have seen success in various settings. We are also AV rated and listed on Best's Directory of Attorneys.
Due to our growth, we are looking to hire 2 additional Litigation Attorneys to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, researching cases, preparing documents, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, auto accidents, worksite accidents, product liability, and insurance law.
Position Overview: You will have a primary responsibility of representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, researching cases, and providing legal advice. These candidates should have excellent communication, research, and writing skills, be able to work under pressure, and effectively negotiate settlements.
