HVAC Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration principles, as well as hands-on technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Document service and repair activities accurately
Collaborate with other technicians and management to improve efficiency
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles
Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed
