Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee our installation and maintenance teams within commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC installation and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
Plan and schedule project timelines and resource allocation.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation of HVAC systems.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks on completed work.
Maintain communication with clients and project managers regarding project progress and issues.

Qualifications

10+ years HVAC foreman experience required
MA trade license required (pipefitter, refrigeration, gas fitter, sheet metal, etc.)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance practices
Experience with Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration
Understanding of refrigeration systems and sheet metal work
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards in the HVAC industry
