Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the disaster restoration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing damage and estimating costs for mitigation projects, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assess property damage and determine the scope of work required for restoration projects
Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed and accurate estimates
Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals
Stay updated on industry standards, pricing, and techniques related to disaster restoration

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Estimator in the disaster restoration field
Proficiency in Xactimate software is mandatory
Strong understanding of mitigation estimating and industry practices
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
