Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC systems and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for manufacturing equipment.
Develop PLC programs to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Conduct field debugging and testing of control systems to ensure reliability.
Maintain documentation of control systems and changes made during troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems and programming.
Experience with control panel wiring and electrical components.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes.
