Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with experience in commercial painting and coatings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, while also estimating project costs and ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide accurate estimates for project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure all project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the commercial painting and coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of coatings paint and commercial paint application techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
