We are an Atlanta based wealth management firm that has been around for nearly 20 years providing family-office and wealth management to High Net Worth Individuals including business professionals, managers, owners and professional athletes.

This is an exciting opportunity as the ideal candidate will be pivotal in building out our internal Tax Department which provides incredible growth opportunity, and the ability to grow out your own team as well as assisting leadership in creating processes and SOPs for the Tax Department.

The role is a hybrid capacity and will also be focused in the Professional Athlete division.

Tax Planning and Compliance: Coordinate and collaborate with external tax professionals to develop tax strategies and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Tax Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file tax returns for select clients.
Review tax returns, including individual, trust, and corporate returns. Identify tax planning opportunities and advise on tax-efficient strategies.
Tax Analysis and Reporting: Run projections to evaluate High-Net-Worth families' current tax situation and project future taxes. Prepare reports and presentations for meetings, investment reviews, and other decision-making purposes. Provide insights and recommendations to help optimize families' tax position.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tax risks by regular evaluation of families' changing suite of financial investments, trusts, and business structures.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with other professionals, such as estate attorneys, and outside tax professionals, to provide comprehensive financial support for High-Net-Worth families.
Professional Development: Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends relevant to family office operations.
