A full service general contractor and construction management company with an established succesful history is looking to add a superintendent to their team.
What You Will Do
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and implementation
Manage and lead construction site teams, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality work
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Review and analyze architectural plans and shop drawings to identify potential issues and propose solutions
Manage project office and maintain organized and accurate project documentation
Conduct site and building layout and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
What You Will Need
Previous 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably in the commercial sector
High School Diploma
