Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our expanding team. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile clients while guiding and mentoring junior staff. As Senior Audit Manager, you will manage the audit process, maintain client relationships, and provide technical guidance on complex audit and accounting issues. The role requires minimal travel and may require overtime during busy seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead audit engagements for privately held businesses and non-profits
Review and finalize financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory frameworks
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing ongoing training and development
Identify and mitigate risks in audit procedures and reporting
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Provide timely, high-quality service and deliverables to clients that exceed expectations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
CPA license
5+ years of audit experience in public accounting, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, and risk management
Excellent communication and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in managing audit teams at a CPA firm
Exposure to industries we serve (e.g., real estate, non-profits, and private businesses)
Familiarity with advanced audit software and tools
