Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance team and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. This role involves implementing quality management systems, facilitating customer service improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments regarding quality issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
