- Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day operations
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Participate in staff meetings
- Maintain paperwork on project
- Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite
- 3+ years of Commercial Construction Experience
- Strong communication and leadership
- Proficient in using Procore & Microsoft products
- OSHA 30
- Strong, Competitive base salary ranging from $100k - $130k
