Position Overview
As a vital member of our project management team, the project manager will be in charge of overseeing assigned commercial construction projects on a daily basis and making sure they are finished to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget. You'll cooperate with others in order to guarantee a smooth project collaboration between the design team, project managers, subcontractors, and field staff execution. You'll have a solid grasp of the design-build methodology and a track record of history of completing projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimating and tracking to minimize overruns.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project flow and completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during the construction process.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including any changes to scope, timelines, or budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in construction or related fields.
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and commercial retail projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
