As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while meeting client expectations and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
-Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
-Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and support staff.
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
-Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
-Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
-Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
