Job Title: Paralegal

Salary: $100k-$165k
Requirements: Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience OR 10+ years of total experience with Corporate Transactional work, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Project Finance Transactions.
The Paralegal - Corporate Transactions position is responsible for a wide range of corporate transactional support activities. This individual will ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and organized manner, in accordance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in corporate transactional work, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.
