Who you are:
2+ years of class action administration experience is required.
2+ years of project management experience is required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience managing client relationships
Basic understanding of web development
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
What you will be doing:
Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously
Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and
traditional and social media campaigns
Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and
notice & administration plans
Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other
required documents
