Job Title: Key Account Manager, Commercial & Industrial
Location: West/Southwest Region (CA,CO,AZ, NV,TX)
Salary: $80-100k DOE Base +UPCAPPED Commission

We are a growing leader in the solar and renewable energy space, specialized in helping business's minimize their carbon footprint. We are based in sunny Miami FL and are looking to add Key Account Managers in critical markets. If you have experience in the commercial construction, solar or renewable energy industries and are looking to write the next chapter in your Sales career story, look no further.
-Market Research, Analysis: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, market trends, competitors. Analyze and assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities.
-Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospective C&I clients through various channels: cold calling, networking, industry events. Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
-Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand clients' energy requirements, recommend customized solar solutions.
-Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases to show value of our solar solutions to prospects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client needs.
-Contract Negotiation and Closure: Lead contract negotiations, work towards deal closure. Ensure contracts are mutually beneficial/compliant with industry standards. Work with management to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Monitor, report on sales performance.
-Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with solar energy regulations, incentives, and policy changes. Ensure all business activities comply with legal and environmental standards.
