What You Will Be Doing

- Prepares detailed take-off of Fire alarm materials, equipment and labor based on an accurate reading of blueprints and related documents.
- Represents the Company throughout the bid process and ensure customer concerns are relayed through appropriate channels for resolution.
- Reviews bid package documentation, plans and proposal specifications to
- Determine the scope of work and required contents of estimate for RFPs, RFQs and quotes.
- Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)

What You Need for this Position

- Understands how to read floor plans and specification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat
- Perform take-offs (counting) accurately and efficiently
- Notifier Experience is a plus
- Perform solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- At least 5 years of experience
