We are looking for a 3+ year experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team! We welcome attorneys relocating to Pennsylvania as well.
Responsibilities include:
-Represent clients in all forms of family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, step-parent adoptions;
-Draft legal pleadings and documents
-Timely respond to all client telephone calls and emails within the contractual obligation set forth in the Firm's Engagement Letter
-Oversee the timeline and presentation of service of discovery and preparation of discovery responses;
-Maintain the minimum billable hour requirement;
-Exhibit unwavering professionalism and ethical integrity.
Requirements:
-Juis Doctor
-Bar Admission in PA
-3+ years of Family Law experience
-Detail oriented and organized
