Position Overview:
The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, creating takeoffs, and providing cost analysis for heavy civil projects such as highways and structures.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize plans, specifications, and other project documents to accurately estimate project costs
- Create takeoffs and quantity surveys for materials and labor
- Develop cost breakdowns and provide cost analysis for different project phases
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to determine project timelines and cost projections
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for heavy civil projects
- Knowledge of estimating software and takeoff tools
Competitive Salary: ($120,000-$150,000)
