What You Will Be Doing
- Manage projects by ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, with limited direction and oversight from the executive team.
- Prepare high level estimates and preliminary project schedules based on conceptual or schematic level drawings.
- Prepare RFP's and contracts for design, construction, and procurement services, and oversee contractors throughout the construction process.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) 5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
2.) Background in General Contracting
3.) Experience managing Vertical Building projects
Nice to Have Skills:
1.) Microsoft Project scheduling software, RS Means estimating software, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other typical construction industry software is a plus.
2.) Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering (or related field) is a plus.
