We are a General Engineering Firm specializing in concrete, flatwork, and excavation in the greater San Diego area. We handle small to large and difficult projects. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add an estimator to the team!

- Prepare preliminary and final design work for site development projects.
- Perform wet utility and earthwork calculations and reports.
- Put together complex construction drawings and details
- Oversee subcontractors
- Provide due diligence and feasibility studies
- Manage all aspects of project development from programming through construction administration
- Create and track project budgets, proposals, and schedules
- Manage client relations
- At least 3 years of experience in the Construction industry working in Heavy Civil, Civil, concrete, concrete paving, flatwork, trenching/excavation, dry utilities, and minor grading
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred but not necessary)
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with estimating softwares: HCSS, Heavy Bid, Agtek, Excel
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Strong oversight abilities
- Competitive base salary $110-140k+ based off experience
