Currently, we are hiring Construction Operations Manager in both our Santa Maria, CA and Titusville, CA offices.
Construction Operations Manager Role:
This Operations Manager's role in both of our locations will have responsibility and accountability for Project Execution related to all projects managed from the Branch. This includes but is not limited to: safety performance, financial management such as project specific cashflow, profitable job margin, labor force management, indirect costs, and overall supervision of Project Management staff. This position requires excellent communications skills and the ability to provide clear and concise project updates to management.
As the Construction Operations Manager you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the Services Manager and other personnel that operate from the Santa Maria Branch.
These exciting leadership roles will support the growth of our project business across a number of different industries, including Space Launch, Power Generation & Transmission, Theme Park construction, PetroChem, Bridge and Heavy Industrial Structural Steel, plus additional specialized projects dependent on location.
