Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Rockwell, TX
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE WITH MINIMAL TRAVEL
Responsibilities:
Focused on creating and adhering to schedules with meticulous project and time management
Devoted to upholding high standards of quality throughout the building process, including craftsmanship, assembly, and cleanliness
In charge of inspecting and approving all work completed by trade partners
Well aware of each vendor's scope of work
In charge of safety matters as allocated within designated localities
Establishes and upholds expert client connections
Carry out all other tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Managment preferred
2+ years of production homebuilding experience
1+ years in a management role
Extensive experience with Build Pro
Understanding of all stages of construction including both rough and trim
OSHA 30 Certification
