As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be managing one or multiple luxury commercial spaces in Raleigh, NC. This position encompasses managing tenant communication and expectations, managing vendor contracts, leading tenant improvement projects, performing cost analysis, acquiring contractor bids, ensuring building requirements are met with compliance, budgeting, and partnering with other departments to ensure business operations are running smoothly.
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience
Pluses (Not required):
1.) Real Estate License and/or certifications
2.) Prior experience managing Class A, luxury commercial spaces such as retail, office, and mixed-use.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
