Title: Audit Manager - For-Profit & Non-Profit clients
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

We are a boutique firm of about 40 employees with a national client book. We offer tax, accounting, and audit/assurance services to individuals and businesses across the US. We work with a mix of for profit and non-profit entities and see a wide range of industries. On the for-profit side of the clients we see a lot of construction, real estate, manufacturing, service industry, and tech. We offer a large suite of benefits including a fully remote schedule (over 25% of the firm is already fully remote around the US), employer paid medical, dental, & vision plans for families, 401k w/ 6% match, additional 10% profit share, annual bonuses, above market PTO, and paid sabbaticals, and more.
We are looking for an experinced audit supervisor or audit manager that has experience with both private for-profit entities and non-profit organizations. There is a much higher focus on the for profit side, but some expereince with non-profits is needed. We also have a large number of construction clients on the audit side. In this role you will be fully producing in-charging engagements, prepping and reviewing work, and working directly with clients.
